How to Test
We recommend that you keep two browser windows open. Keep one window on this testing page, which contains the survey. Click here to open a second window, to our home page.
The survey gives step-by-step instructions. You will be asked to do a specific task on the website. You will then be asked a couple questions about your experience with trying to complete that task. After you have completed the task, there’s a couple questions about your overall experience with the website. The entire process should take less than ten minutes.
We suggest keeping this survey open and using the second window to complete the tasks.
